Jafurah field project
Aramco’s Jafurah Field Project is one of the most prominent industrial projects implemented by Multaqa Al Fanoon Foundation. This project was carefully designed to provide 5 offices for engineers, in addition to 10 offices for employees and a two-storey residential complex that includes 25 housing units for workers in addition to bathrooms. The project also includes a small prayer room and a large warehouse for tools and equipment on an area of 75 square meters to ensure the workflow is carried out with high efficiency. This project reflects our commitment to quality and completion in record time to meet the needs of our customers.

National Company Housing Project
The National Housing Project is a distinguished model of fruitful cooperation between the Arts Forum Foundation and the National Company. The project aims to provide an integrated and modern residential environment for employees and engineers, and includes 3 offices for engineers, 7 offices for employees, a large meeting room, and a two-storey residential complex that includes 40 residential units with bathrooms, 20 caravans for storing project tasks and tools, and a warehouse for tools and equipment to ensure the comfort of workers and the efficient and accurate progress of work.

We at Multaqa Al Fanoon Foundation are honored to be part of the Two Holy Mosques Project, which was implemented in cooperation with Al Majal Al Arabi Group Company. This large project aims to provide 10 offices for engineers, 25 offices for employees, and a large residential complex consisting of 3 floors that includes 450 residential units with bathrooms, and a warehouse for tools and supplies.

Temporary Housing Project in Riyadh
The temporary housing project in Riyadh is one of the prominent projects implemented by the Arts Forum Foundation, with the aim of providing temporary housing units for employees of one of the city’s major companies. The project is characterized by its speed of implementation and high quality in manufacturing and installation, which ensures the comfort and safety of residents. It includes two residential complexes, each consisting of one floor, each floor includes 16 residential units with bathrooms, in addition to a small prayer mosque with an area of 50 m.
